Chastity - perhaps as her name would indicate - is one of the sweetest women I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Unlike a large number of people who enter physique competitions, Chastity is not driven at all by vanity. What drives Chastity is a sincere desire to help her clients to take control of their lives through diet and exercise. She works mainly with middle-aged and older women and allows her attitude and lifestyle to an be example for them all.
She may not realize it, but her influence reaches well beyond the walls of her gym. Chastity is a shining example of everything that is right about the fitness lifestyle.
