"My teacher has bigger muscles than your dad, so there!" After finally
getting to meet and work with Kim Kilper at the 2004 Jr. Nationals,
I knew immediately that we'd need to shoot a full video with her,
because she had a pair of biceps that were easily among the best
I'd ever seen. So, along with our good friends from HerBiceps.com,
we flew Kim out to Vegas and shot this video at Muscle Mansion.
Her incredible 15-1/2 inch biceps - capable of curling 50-lb dumbbells
for 8 reps - speak for themselves and in this DVD, you'll get to
see them flexing over and over from a variety of angles. If you're
