Colette is our favorite type of figure competitor - she's a former bodybuilder, which means that she's got great muscularity and knows how to flex. And not only does she know how to flex, she's good at it and loves to show off - at one point, she even mentions her excellent 'muscle control'. You won't find many figure competitors with 14-inch biceps, but Colette sets an excellent standard in that department and when it comes to PEAKS, she can compare to many bodybuilders. This is an excellent biceps video, so if that's what you're into, this is definitely the tape for you. Of course, if you just enjoy fitness women in sexy outfits, then this is also for you.
